What do you think the role of the staff team is?: I feel that the role of the staff team is to ensure that all players receive a fair and fun experience on the server and to have their complaints heard. Do you have any previous experience staffing large (64+ players) SWRP servers?: I have lots of experience with DarkRP, which I'm aware is largely different but I have acted as many roles higher than just moderator (ie: Manager, Head-Admin, Admin) so I'm experienced with RP servers in general. All with concurrent players of well above 50-60.
