Name: Hawkles SteamID: STEAM_0:0:38229002 Why do you want to be a commander?: I would like to be a commander as I feel that I can command a strong, serious, strict, and tidy regiment in the form of the 41st. I can help this server's 41st division grow and prosper, as well as be serious and not create a mingy regiment as others could become. What relevant experience do you have?: I have been a Shock CMDR and Shock Major, but I have never been in 41st, however, that does not mean I cannot lead a strong regiment. Many of the principals I learned as a Shock CMDR and Major carry over into this job.  What differentiates you from the other candidates, why should you be commander?: I should be commander as I am experienced, very active, and I can be serious and lenient when the time calls for it. I have personally ran a regiment before and I sure can do it again. I believe that my willingness to be on even when no one else is on during the day and during the night is more than some Commanders could say. It does not matter to me who you are, I will hold you to the same standards in my Regiment as everyone else. I will not allow a regiment that does not follow strict rules and I will not hesitate to kick people out of my regiment if need be. I will choose everything I do based on two things. 1. What the entirety of my Regiment wants. 2.What I know personally is best for my regiment. Under my rule, the 41st will be a democracy, not a dictatorship. What is your availability?: I am available 5-8 hours a day or more. When I am not on and I am not sleeping I am checking discord on my phone at all times to make sure that anyone who needs help with my regiment or with anything else has a straight source to talk directly to me. How skilled are you at making docs?: On a scale of 1-10 I am a 6. I can make a very good document if given enough time. I have a tryout document that is about finished for 41st already. Describe your plans on what you will do with the battalion: I will run this battalion strictly, but I will also allow my trooper's to enjoy 41st Private Sims and hold Sims for all regiments to enjoy. I will enforce a strict rank structure, where if a PVT has a question, he/she is supposed to ask it to a SGT+, not the Commander. I will run this as a relatively normal regiment for me, which always includes strict guidelines on what rules you are to follow at all times. I plan to make this battalion grow as much as possible, run it strictly, and make all people feel welcome, if you are willing to put in the work.   How much do you know about this battalion’s lore (1-10)?: 6, I am learning more and more about the division every day, as I am researching it currently. Proceed to tell them to reload their guns and ready them, pointed at the wall. Then, the trainer will walk up to the wall and proceed to go left, right, jump, crouch, in every which way. Make sure the tryoutee does NOT hit you. If the tryoutee shoots all his bullets in that clip into one spot in the wall without hitting you, they pass, if not, give them two more attempts.If they fail an attempt, tell them to reload their guns.
